Brewskies and Bites was built on a simple idea: every town deserves a place where the beer is cold, the food is honest, and the people behind the bar know your name by the second visit.

We opened our doors in Seymour to be exactly that. A neighborhood joint where you can pull up after a long day, catch the game on the screens, share a plate of wings with your crew, and leave a little happier than you came in.

Our kitchen is run by folks who care — hand-formed burgers, wings tossed in sauces we mix ourselves, steaks finished over open flame. Our bar runs cold drafts from local breweries alongside a stocked lineup of classic and signature cocktails.
